THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8942 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.3 in PRC No.4 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda.

At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after committal, the PRC was numbered as S.C. No.317 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nalgonda. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
