JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 16799 OF 2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Justice Sri Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition the petitioner seeks a direction thereby directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 03.06.2014, filed by him. Notice issued. Learned Government Pleader for Services accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and has assured this Court to dispose of the representation, dated 03.06.2014, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the assurance given by the learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2, we hereby direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of the representation, dated 03.06.2014, filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
