HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.19643 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by APSRTC challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal in favour of the workman with an observation that if there are vacancies, the workman shall be reengaged as NMR.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this writ petition, the workman was reengaged. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
