Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.3173/TSSA/IE/T8/2015 dated 30-5-2015 as illegal, arbitrary, without Jurisdiction contrary to well settled principles of justice, null and void; and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to re-engage the petitioner in their place for the academic year 2015-16.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bathini Papa Rao Goud, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Education (TG) for Respondent No.1 and Sri G. Bhaskar, Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.
