OFFICE NOTE 10.10.2023 KS, J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.2 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.10111 of 2022 dt.22.11.2022 in F.I.R.No.189 of 2013, dt.21.12.2013 that petitioner-accused No.14 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Gudipalli Police Station, on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 12:00 P.M till filing of final report.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this court; the petitioner's son is pursuing his Master's Degree in Data Sciences at New Jersey Institute of Technology and his graduation commencement event is scheduled on 16.05.2023. The petitioner's son obtained necessary permissions from the concerned authority of USA to visit/attend the petitioner and his wife for his graduation commencement ceremony event on 16.05.2023 and permit the petitioner to

move an application before learned I Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Hence, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.10111 of 2022 dt.22.11.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required.
