Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the loan account, in relation to which proceedings were initiated under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity, 'the SARFAESI Act,') leading to the filing of this writ petition, has been closed under a One Time Settlement.

That being so, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
