This is an application seeking transfer of M.C.No.6 of 2009 pending on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Tadepalli Mandal, Guntur District, to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.

This petition was filed on 15.02.2016 and notice was issued on 17.02.2016. There is no interim order issued suspending the proceedings of the Court below. There is no appearance for the petitioner today. 4.

Having looked into the matter, I do not see that there is any sustainable ground for ordering transfer of the Maintenance Case at this distant point of time.
