This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 challenging the order dated 10.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.616 of 2014 in R.A.No.44 of 2011 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.01.2017. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
