JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant Sri T.Mahender Rao submits that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal and letter has been addressed to the Registrar(Judicial) to that effect. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
