This Criminal Petition is filed under section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 380 of 2016 of Afzal gunj Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under section 420, 468, 471 and 506 of IPC.

2. Sri V.R. Machavaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition.
