CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P. No.38377 of 2016 Dt: 08.11.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus to produce the husband of the petitioner viz., Madhav.K.Varakhedkar, S/o. late Sri Krishna Charya Varakhedkar, from the alleged illegal detention of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, submitted that in connection with Crime No.151 of 2016 of Sultan Bazar Police Station, the Police of respondent No.3 have arrested the accused/alleged detenu on 07.11.2016, produced him before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and remanded him to Judicial Custody.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has admitted the above position.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
