HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.29309 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby directing respondents 3 to 6 to consider the representation dated 19.10.2015 made by the petitioner for equal apportionment of rehabilitation amount among the petitioner and respondents 8 to 10.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner made a representation to respondents 3 to 6 as mentioned above, however, till date there is no communication from them.

3. Notice issued. Sri A.V.S.Ramakrishna, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 3 to 6 and has assured this court that the representation made by the petitioner shall be decided within the time stipulated by this court.

4. Keeping in view of the averments made in the instant petition and the statement made by the learned standing counsel for the aforesaid respondents, I hereby direct the respondents 3 to 6 to decide the representation dated 19.10.2015 made by the petitioner, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The decision taken thereon shall be communicated within one week thereafter in writing to the petitioner. On receipt of the amount, the 6th respondent is directed to disburse the amount among the petitioner and respondents 8 to 10, as per their entitlement, within one week thereafter.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
