This interlocutory application has been filed seeking extension of time for conclusion of arbitral proceedings.

It may be mentioned that in Arbitration Application No.103 of 2018, this Court passed an order dated 28.04.2020 referring the dispute between the parties to arbitration and appointed Sri Justice B.Prakash Rao, a Former Judge of the composite High Court of Andhra Pradesh as the sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that because of various reasons, the arbitration proceedings could not be concluded. However, learned counsel for the parties have informed the Court that as matter stands today, arguments have been concluded and the final order is
