HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5109 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner/ claimant, aggrieved by the docket order dated 21.03.2018 in C.F.No.2249 of 2018 in O.P.No.1153 of 2009 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nellore.

The Registry is directed to keep original by sending Photostat copies of the record to the lower Court as early as possible. It is further directed to return the original return application to the learned counsel for the petitioner to represent the same along with other applications.

Subject to the above, the Civil Revision is disposed of, enabling the petitioner to represent the application on getting the Photostat copies from this Court to number the application, otherwise in order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
