Aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.3 on the complaint dated 24-04-2018 lodged by the petitioner and registering the F.I.R. against respondents 4 to 8 even though the complaint was forwarded to respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.188 of 2018, dated 22-08-2018 was registered.
