THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12821 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.892 of 2015 on the file of L.B. Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 326(A), 307 and 327 r/w.34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Further more, the victim girl, who is under the custody of the petitioner, was subjected to harassment in the hands of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it is not appropriate time to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
