Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent Municipality Sri N.Praveen Kumar that except issuing the impugned show cause notice dated 14.8.2018, the Respondent Municipal authorities are not interfering with the construction activities of the petitioners. The same is placed on record. 2.

The impugned notice is a show cause notice issued by the Commissioner, Badangpet Municipality, Ranga Reddy district-2nd respondent herein, asking the petitioners to show cause as to why the building permission earlier granted should not be revoked. In fact, in response to the said show cause notice, the petitioners submitted explanation on 17.8.2018. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that after considering the said explanation, appropriate further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd Respondent Municipality to consider the explanation dated 17.8.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders and proceed further strictly in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
