THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33074 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana) appearing for the respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged non-consideration of his application, dated 02.06.2017, by respondent No.2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that if such an application is pending consideration before respondent No.2, the same will be verified and considered and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the application, dated 02.06.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
