CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.22586 of 2017 Dated:11.10.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside order, dated 05.7.2017, in Original Application No.1803 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') .

At the hearing, Mr. S.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the impugned interlocutory order was passed, pending the said O.A., the Tribunal has allowed the said O.A itself on 10.10.2017 and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.27806 of 2017 stands dismissed as infructuous.
