O R D E R

The New National Assurance Company Limited, filed the present appeal assailing the award dated 21.04.2011 passed by the court of V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Hyderabad in O.P.No.59 of 2006.

At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. Before the Lok Adalat, the Insurance Company sought permission to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 22-04-2018.

The original of the award dated 22.04.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 22.04.2018.
