THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.26109 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"... to declare the impugned proceedings Lr.No.972/2010 C5, dated 29-122010 issued by the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and consequently declare it as null and void.."

2. When the matter is called today, it is requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents herein for redressal of its grievance and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents herein. The said request is not opposed.

3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make a representation to the respondents herein for redressal of its grievance and the same may be considered by the respondents herein in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
