HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 21770 OF 2010 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Md. Islamuddin Ansari, learned counsel holding for Mr. Ghanta Rama Rao, advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that in view of the interim order dated 31-08-2010, the writ petition may be disposed of with the observation that no action in respect of the cell tower erected by the petitioner be taken, without following due process of law.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the respondents to take action by following the due process of law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand closed. No order as to costs.
