Smt. Maddangula Lakshmi, v. Sri Narsimha Reddy,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1567 of 2016 ORDER:
Though the matter is called in the morning and after noon session, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue referred to averments in the counter, wherein it is stated that the applicant is in encroachment of 90 square yards in Sy.No.49/6 of Gajularamaram Village and constructed house with ACC in 52 square yards and in occupation of open land to an extent of 38 square yards as front yard of the house. Respondent No.1 has not interfered with the possession of the petitioner to an extent of 90.6 square yards in D.No.21-601/A/2 in TS.No/Locality No.56, but only removed the encroachment in Sy.No.49/6 of Gajularamaram Village, Quthubullapur Mandal. No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner. As such, I do not find violation of the orders passed by this Court by the respondents.
In view of the same, the contempt case is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 09-12-2016 Nvl
