THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.32081 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not sanctioning the family pension to the petitioner consequent to the death of her son on 18.10.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction on 12.10.2012, which reads as follows; "Pending further orders, the respondent bank shall consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the rules for payment of family pension within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the aforesaid interim direction, pension has been paid to the petitioner and petitioner also passed away on 05.09.2014 and states that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 12.10.2012, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.40912 of 2012. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
