HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1825 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A2 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.462 of 2012 on the file of I Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

2) When the matter came up for hearing this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.462 of 2012. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in his letter in Dis.No.11884/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 04.08.2018 submitted information to the effect that the said case was disposed of on 14.03.2013.

3) In that view, this Criminal Petition which was filed against C.C.No.462 of 2012, has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
