THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.30081 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioner who was allocated to Dr.YSR Horticulture University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, the third respondent, is that she is not being given posting order though she submitted joining report dated 28.07.2018 to the said University.

Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.YSR Horticulture University, and Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing for Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticulture University, the fourth respondent, fairly concede that the issue is squarely covered by the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.26870 and 28485 of 2018. For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated orders and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing Dr.YSR Horticulture University, the third respondent, to issue posting order to the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
