HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32411 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that against the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Markapur Division, Prakasam District, the 3rd respondent, in File No.Rc/A/460/2015, dated 13.07.2015, they preferred a revision before the Joint Collector, Ongole, Prakasam District, the 2nd respondent, and the same is pending consideration since 12.08.2015. The petitioners also state that they have filed a stay petition on 16.09.2015 and seek stay of operation of the order of cancellation of pattadar passbooks and title deeds passed by the 3rd respondent, which is impugned in the said revision. The petitioners submit that in view of the urgency, it is imperative that the application for stay in the said revision is to be taken up and disposed of at an early date.

Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix a date for hearing of the revision together with the stay petition and at least to take up and decide the same in two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
