None appears for the petitioner.

Sri R. Shyam Sunder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, submits that in view of the interim order, dated 06.02.2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits.

Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
