HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 22442 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking production of her husband, who, according to her, has been illegally detained by the police of Anandapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

Sri K. Rambabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's husband came to be arrested in connection with Crime No.19 of 2016 of the said police station on 16-07-2016 and, presently he is in judicial custody. He further submits that against the petitioner's husband about nine criminal cases have been registered at Rajam Police Station, Srikakulam District. In view thereof, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
