These Writ Petitions are filed seeking to direct the respondents to take appropriate action forthwith in terms of Memo No.5825/Coop.III/2014-7 dated 23.05.2015 of the first respondent to consider enhancing the age of superannuation to 60 years from 58 years on par with all other banks and employees of Andhra Pradesh State Government by setting aside the notices dated 02.12.2015 and 07.01.2016 issued by the third respondent in respect of the petitioners. 2.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of the interim orders passed in W.P.M.P.No.25938 of 2016 in W.P. No.21156 of 2016 dated 29.06.2016 nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petitions. 3.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
