This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-A1 to A7 in C.C. No.113 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 144, 447, 427 and 506 read with 149 IPC. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
