Sri A.Srinath, appearing for petitioners, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to comprehensively challenge the actions of respondents. His statement is placed on record.

Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these writ petitions, stand closed.
