This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking the Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in PCSC.No.27B of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Xll Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard Sri Mohd. Muzaferullah Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused as well as Sri Jitender Rao Veeramalla, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer seeking expeditious disposal of PCSC.No.27B of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Xll Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted to 0,, pass appropriate orders.

5. Perused the record. PCSC.No.27B of 2023 is pending on the file of the learned Xll Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both

fTD,] Crl.P.No 13621 2025 sides and without going into the merits of the case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the Criminal petition by directing the learned Trial Court to dispose of PCSC.No.278 of 2023 at the earliest.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Xll Additional Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to dispose of PCSC.No.27B of 2023 at the earliest, strictly in accordance with law, without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court in this order 7.
