07.01.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.ii of the order dated 10.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13575 of 2025 which reads as under: "The petitioner shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required."

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also the health condition of the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.13575 of 2025 dated 10.11.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
