The grievance of the petitioner Company is that the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Hyderabad, was not considering its representation dated 31.01.2017 and taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of Roof Top Tower/Poles by it on the building bearing Plot Nos.64 and 65 in Survey Nos.170 and 203, Gaddiannaram revenue village, Saradanagar, Dilsukhnagar, Ranga Reddy District. As the petitioner Company's representation is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Hyderabad, to consider the petitioner Company's representation dated 31.01.2017 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
