Heard Sri Bankatlal Mandhani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the order under chaJlenge is one which is dated 13.02.2023 i.e. more than five (5) months and the Civil Revision petition is now being filed only on 15.12.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertajn the Civil Revision Petition at this juncture in tJle given factual backdrop of the case. particularly taking into consideration that the original dispute is regarding suit for e's'iction a:nd the present Civil Revision petition is filed by the petitioner herein who is the respondent before the Court below in I.A.No.It8 of 2O2t in R.C.No.163 of 201S.

The present Civil Revision Petition being devoid of merits, stands dismissed. No order as to costs As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stald closed.
