Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 1st respondent-Wakf Board in considering the representations of the petitioners, dated 03.06.2015 and 07.06.2015, for appointment of Senior Hafiz-e-Quran for Ramzan-e-Shareef "Namaaz-e-taravee" at the mosque Masjid-e-Rahmat-eAlam during the month of Ramzan season commencing from 18.06.2015.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, but feels it sufficient to dispose of the case at the admission stage with the consent of the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations dated 03.06.2015 and 07.06.2015 alleged to have been submitted by the petitioners for the relief sought therein, in view of the Ramzan season from 18.06.2015, within a period of five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, i.e. on or before 17.06.2015.
