There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " ......to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in seizing the auto rickshaw bearing registration No. AP-37-TC-1476 of the petitioner and not releasing the same, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and pass such other order or further orders may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

From the perusal of the material on record and in the light of the orders passed by this Court on 07.10.2013, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
