THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.46831 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of fifth respondent in not renewing the lease agreement for fishing for the period from 01.7.2015 to 30.6.2016 in Cheruvu to an extent of Acs.212.00 in survey No.135 of Degapudi Gram Panchayat, Podalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.4.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
