Kondakalla Saritha, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8259 OF 2016 O R D E R :
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioners' case is that 1st petitioner purchased Plot No.36/A of an extent of 500 sq. yards under a registered sale deed dt.23.01.2013 for Rs.22,50,000/-; and 2nd petitioner purchased Plot No. 3 of an extent of 200 sq. yards under a registered sale deed 05.08.2010 for Rs.13,50,000/-, both situated in survey No.455/part at Puppalaguda village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; but the respondents are attempting to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners of the above plots without following due process of law.
3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that since the land in occupation of the petitioners is abutting to the Government land, the 4th respondent merely asked the petitioners to produce their documents of title; and that there was no interference with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners of the subject plots.
4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners of the subject plots, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
