HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30092 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, in deleting the name of the petitioner from Khata No.726 and 1-B namuna (ROR), in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.64 cents, situated Sy.No.231/5 of Anathaiahgaripalle Village, Pullampet Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was issued the pattadar passbook and title deed and his name was entered in the revenue records in respect of the above said land, but, for the reasons best known to the respondents, the name of the petitioner was deleted from 1-B namuna and the revenue records without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, setting forthwith his grievance of deleting the name from revenue records, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, would conduct enquiry giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if really there is any mistake in the revenue records, the same would be rectified. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit an application/representation to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar setting forthwith his grievance of deleting his name from the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.64 cents, situated Sy.No.231/5 of Anathaiahgaripalle Village, Pullampet Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa District, enclosing the relevant documents, in which event, the 4th respondentTahsildar shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after

giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned. Till such time, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained, in all respects, in respect of the subject land. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
