This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of respondents 3 and 4 in conducting and completing investigation in Cr.No.372 of 2016, dated 25-11-2016 of Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur, Guntur District subsequently transferred to Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur, Guntur District registered against respondents 5 and 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that final report is filed before the Special Mobile Magistrate Court, Guntur on 07-09-2018 and the petitioner was issued notice dated 04-09-2018 regarding the same.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him.
