HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30051 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and pressurizing him to settle the civil dispute with respondent No.4, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home again seeks time for getting instructions.

This Court has already granted interim order on 23-08-2018 directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that writ petition can be disposed of basing on the said interim order. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
