This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in allowing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to construct a Peetam/Temple in Plot No.7, LP.No.300-87 in R.S.Nos.796 and 797 in 6th ward, Nuzvid Municipality, in violation of the approved residential building plan in B.A.No.154/2014, dated 20-10-2014, as arbitrary and illegal. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to immediately stop the construction of the Peetam/Temple and demolish the construction already made by respondent Nos.4 and 5 in violation of the approved building plan.

After noticing that this Court is thoroughly against entertaining this Writ Petition as none of the petitioners' purported rights have been violated on account of establishment of a religious place, Mr.R.Harish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to unconditionally withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50023 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
