When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this court, the vehicle bearing No. KA/39-6116 which was seized under vehicle check report No. AP701/MAY2012/2763, dated 09/5/2012 by the second respondent was released and the writ petition can be closed with a liberty to the respondents to take action in accordance with law.

2. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed leaving it open for the respondents herein to take action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
