O R D E R

Alleging that 1st respondent - Station House Officer, Chanduru Police Station, Nalgonda District, is interfering with the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the daughter of unofficial respondent No.4 and summoning him to the police station and harassing him, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 1st respondent stating that one Ms. Puligilla Priyanka, wife of the petitioner, and daughter of 4th respondent, filed complaint against the petitioner and his parents and a G.D. entry was made, and as the subject matter relates to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner was instructed to attend the police station for counselling. The petitioner along with his father and other came to the police station and the parties were counselled and on that, the petitioner told that they would discuss the same and report on 16.08.2018, but did not turn up. The allegations of the petitioner are denied.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

The 1st respondent is directed to follow the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in RAJESH SHARMA vs. STATE OF UP1 while taking action on the complaint of the daughter of 4th respondent.
