Aggrieved by the order dated 07.09.2009 passed in I.A.No.232 of 2009 in O.S.No.1785 of 2006, on the file of II Senior Civil Judge, Ranga reddy District at L.B.Nagar, this Revision is filed.

When the matter was listed on 27.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
