This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 on the complaint dated 23-06-2018 lodged by the petitioner against respondent No.5 in accordance with law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.202 of 2018, dated 23-09-2018 was registered in pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the FIR is registered only under Section 420 IPC and other provisions of law are not mentioned, though the contents of complaint of the petitioner attract different offences.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
