HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20370 of 2014 ORDER:

The instant writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the compound wall of the petitioner.

A perusal of the record discloses that no interim order was granted by this Court. If there is any threat of demolition, it is always open to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. However, as on today, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
