HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9004 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner is an employee of the State of Andhra Pradesh and the grievance in this Writ Petition is concerning his service conditions.

If any employee of the State of Andhra Pradesh is aggrieved of his service conditions, at the first instance, the remedy is to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
